Domestic Return Policy

To return an unopened and unused OOKA device, you must first contact ooka.us via electronic inquiry or phone call to initiate the return process. The item must then be shipped back within 30 days from the date it was originally dispatched by the designated shipping carrier.

Please note that consumable pods cannot be returned unless they are found to be damaged or defective. ooka.us retains the sole discretion to determine whether an item qualifies as defective or damaged.
